   * - No vehicles on non-designated areas, at all (conditions of the rental agreement)
     * - Ground is too soft to park heavy vehicles on even if it were allowed, if it rains you won't be able to leave
   * - The currently designated area for the belgian village is not only not on a drivable area, it's separated from the nearest one by a ditch, so we can't even park the bus on the edge of the road and go from there.
   * - It's a VERY LONG way from the official parking area to the site. Too long to carry much equipment or anything else. So we have to assume we're bringing everything in/out in one go at the start/end of event.

Bus in SHA
 * Can we move Belgian Villiage to a new location where we can have the bus?
 * And, can we have the bus on a place that's not on a road?
 * Can we have sheets of plywood to park the bus on top of, so it doesn't sink into the mud?

What to do for our Village
 * We need either:
   * our Village moved, plus permission to use our bus
   * or:  a big tent
 * We need hard floor either way

Tables & benches
 * Kliment suggests building benches (180m x 30cm)
   * We need:  19mm or 25mm plywood, plus wood screws (twice wood thickness)
   * 3 cubes of plywood per bench, with 12 wood screws per bench
   * pre-cut wood (so we don't need a circular saw on site)
   * 2 drills with bits (drilling + screwing)
   * with 2 people building benches, it should take ~10 minutes per bench
 * 180cm meter benches should fit 4 people each (cozy, but probably OK)
   * so we need 16 benches
 * tables from SHA orga are:  180cm x 76cm
   * €15 each --> €120 for 8 tables
 * Jan said he can bring wood-working tools

Tent
 * Kliment looked into fire-proof tents

   * (they deliver to Germany, but I'm sure we can either get it transported or find a Belgian supplier). Note that only fireproof tents are allowed onsite.
   * 6m x 10m fire-proof tent costs ~€750 including deliver (to Germany) -- to purchase
   * Need to find a similar supplier in Belgium
   * we would need to have a means of taking it away from SHA
   * we sould need to have a place to keep it after SHA
   * longest tubes for this German tent are:  2.6m

 * Jan says he can bring at least one yurt (6m or 8m diameter) -- will check how many fit in his car
 * We need someone from Belgium to look into the Beligan equivalent of the German tent that Kliment found (ro purchase for ~€750 and delivered to SHA)
   * Kliment will look into size and weight of the German tent is when packed up
   * if small enough for Jan's car, then the German tent can be delivered to Jan's place
