Tents
- Jan can get 2 yurts with 6m diameter or/and one with 8m
- they are located in Frankfurt -> we need transport

- Quentin says he asked Scouts about red&white tent used for OHM:  10m x 15m
- Jan has access to yurts from Scouts:  2 semicircles and up to 3 elements in the middle.

tables and benches
We need for 50 people (6 - 8 beer tables?)
It is suggested these fit in Tom's bus for transport BXL<->SHA
Tom says that tables and chairs/benches are available from Brussels

Mitch will bring a DECT phone.  CORN is Mitch's usual number, but we can use something else, of others like.
