Action items from email 8 june:

Action items
   *     ask Sask SHA orga about flooring for tent (tom will do)
   *     Kliment will look into cost of materials for making benches about 10€/bench using 22mm OSB/particleboard, one sheet 1.25x2.5m makes three benches
   *     do we have 8 2m tables from SHA orga? orga tables are 1.8m long, we need to reserve them
   *     Jan says he can bring at least one yurt (6m or 8m diameter) -- will check how many fit in his car
   *     We need someone from Belgium to look into the Beligan equivalent of the German tent that Kliment found (ro purchase for ~€750 and delivered to SHA)
     *     Kliment will look into size and weight of the German tent is when packed up
     *     if small enough for Jan's car, then the German tent can be delivered to Jan's place
   *     Action items from 18-May that still need to be acted upon:
     *     do we need to request power? nothing done, need to contact sha
       * what power plugs do we need?
       * how much power do we need?
         * 50 * 100w = 5kw or more
     *     do we need permits for alcohol?  Tom asked orga, result:
       * we cant be an official bar, but could be creative. so les take our 20 crates with us and see. :)
     *     can we confirm that it is OK to have the bus at our village?
       * bus is a no go. we have a truck from nino we can rent for a week for 400.
       * if we go by truck, where do we park it? is it allowed on the parking? next to the tent? Need to contact sha.
       * ask sha for trailer parking. (tom will)
     *     can we get tables from sha and do we need to pay upfront? We need 8 tables. 
     * ask sha for chairs and tables. do they have 64 chairs? (tom will)
     *     can someone transport Sasja's tandem bicycle from Ghent? (240 x 110 x 55cm)
       * for the moment, no. prio is for tent and benches
     *     are there people bringing bicycles?
     *     all of us are encouraged to recruit for people to give workshops
     * ask load limits for truck nino
       * each panel is 40kg, 6 are needed
     * We need a fridge, find out what size/weight the fridge is at HS Antwerp tom will ask quentin
     * sofas: where to find? how do we transport? depends on truck load capacity.

Costs so far:
    Truck an tent - 1000€
    Gasoline+parking ???
    Tables - 120€ (for 8)
    Benches max 180€ (for 16) - chairs are a better option
    Chairs would be 2.5€ each - 160€ for 64 chairs
    
    Total so far: 1280+parking and gasoline

Beer benches:
kliment is going to make one and show. if its strong enough, lets make more in belgium and transport. Current idea: OSB
