   * can we confirm that it is OK to have the bus at our village?
   * if not, we need to go with our backup tents/yurts
   * if we need backup yurts we need them transported from Frankfurt
   * if we use backup tents (via Quentin or Tom through Scouts), we need transportation for them
   * can we get beer tables?
   * can someone transport Sasja's tandem bicycle from Ghent? (240 x 110 x 55cm)
   * are there people bringing bicycles?
   * will Tom's available tables/benches accommodate 50 people at once?
   * all of us are encouraged to recruit for people to give workshops


Tents:
 * no word yet from orga about if we can use Tom's bus inside the event
 * let's assume we can, but still go for a plan B
 * Red & White tent from OHM cost €600, so cheaper option is preferable
 * Yurts through Jan might be cool, but they are small, and need to be transported from Frankfurt -- Mitch will contact Jan

Alcohol:
 * can't be a "bar"
 * but, we can be creative
 * Mitch will ask mc.fly about his experience doing this

Power:
 * We are too far away from the grid for alt-power
   * We can use our own little grid with the bus
 * AC we can get -- no problem
 * Buy more power strips, more is better -- Mitch probably has enough, but if anyone has them, please bring them!
 * Several long AC extension cords (4 x 50m)

Tables & Chairs:
 * last time we got them from Brussels
 * since tables are only €15 fom orga, it is easier to rent from orga
   * last time we had 6 tables (2m x 1m)
   * let's rent 7 tables --> €105
 * chairs from orga cost €2.50
   * --> 50 chairs would cost €125
 * We can probably buy benches, since they are probably cheap
   * Tom will look into buying benches
   * give them to a hackerspace after SHA
     * Tom says there's room in his bus to take them to a hackerspace after
 * Tom found some beer tables that look like tall benches
   * €80 from a site Tom found

Fridge:
 * Tom will find out more about a fridge from Quentin

Bicycles:
 * Tom figures out if sasja's tandem fits the bus:
   *  (240 x 110 x 55cm)
 * We can use 2 or 3 bicycles
   * Tom can ask at a few hackerspaces

Recruiting for workshops:
 * Lithuanian guy, Giedrius, will come and do "Shitty things" workshop (plus one more music-making workshop?) -- Mitch will follow up
 * Mitch will follow up on sewing workshop people (contacted for Flying Circus)

Things to bring for etching:
 * 2D printer -- Mitch will ask in follow-up email (Tom can bring one from HSBXL if can't find another)
 * Kliment is bringing a bunch of transfer paper
 * Kliment will bring Copper Chloride etchant

Safety:
 * 2 fire extinguishers -- can purchase at Ikea
 * First Aid Kit -- can purchase at any gas station
