* tomorrow Tom and a friend will work on the bus to get it ready
* will get it licensed, insured, and other paperwork
* complete tent with the bus is big -- no need to rent another tent

Tables, chairs:
* Tom rented same as at OHM and CCCamp  €60 for:
** 64 chairs (free)
** 6 tables 2m x 1m (€10 each)

Party tent:
* Tom got a 6m x 3m tent that he will bring
* no need to rent another tent

Floor for tent:
* can't get a floor from SHA unless we rent a tent from SHA -- so, we don't have a floor
* maybe bring our own 3mm plywood sheets
